Jenea and her team went above and beyond on my water mitigation job.  Jenea, Mason, Jeff, Jay, and Will gave superior service with great communication, care to detail, and a personal touch as we were dealing with so much stress.  Jenea worked after hours, Mason even helped carry in groceries and was always great with communication and professionalism, and Jay answered all of my many questions with patience and thoroughness. The staff at Content Restoration was absolutely amazing! From the first phone call to the end of the service. They communicated with me often keeping me informed of the next step. They went over and beyond with my pac out by treating my belongings as if it was theirs! I had a situation where I needed some of my furniture put into a storage unit. It was truly so amazing working with this service. When everything is falling apart and you’re needing a steady constant; they make you feel like they actually got it handled. I didn’t have to lift a finger when they took all of my stuff, cleared each room, cleaned all the things we had, and brought it back. They even spoke and called my insurance company to handle them being a bit resistant. It made the process so much easier in a time of chaos. I’m so glad I can post a positive review for a company that amazed me with their communication, professionalism and overall helpful attitude throughout the three months that I dealt with my home restoration. I didn’t plan on my home being flooded and needing to stay in a hotel for three months, and what could have been a nightmare turned out to be a positive experience due to Meredith, Jason, Elaine, Ryan, Antonio, Monte and the two lovely women who worked so hard!!! I experienced an unexpected water leak caused by my neighbor's broken pipe since we share a main wall. Mason was the first person I met; he was attentive, considerate, and very kind. Jay came in and got right to work—quiet, knowledgeable, and a sweet guy. Ryan is honestly the best. The moving team operated like a well-oiled machine; they were in and out within a few hours with my belongings packed and ready to be stored. Meredith was kind and patient with my questions, and Elaine was so thoughtful—she made sure I was happy with everything and always called or responded quickly! It's clear they love their work and are very skilled. Many people experience a flood of emotions during this chaotic process, but they let me cry (thanks, Mason) and validated my feelings. They were inside my home for several weeks, and at some point, I looked forward to seeing them for our little conversations. I had extensive water damage in my home and needed all my furniture moved on 2 floors of my home, including a piano. I work from home, so I was really worried about possible disruption, but my point of contact Elaine was super responsive in letting me know what to expect, when they would come by, and how the process would work. The team even moved my work desk for me to a location where I could still work from. They were very careful with all my items and I didn't have to do a thing! Something like this can be very stressful when there are a lot of moving pieces, but Elaine was extremely responsive and always available for my myriad of questions. When the were finished, everything was back in place and I'm so thankful that it was so much easier than I had originally anticipated!
